LORD MAITREYA gives a beautiful teaching on the choice we all have of wisdom or pain in our human dimensions. As an Ascended Master, LORD MAITREYA also walked human earth and he speaks of his own pain and times which he did not love, on his journey to understand his lower self, in order to learn to appreciate and love it, instead of judging it, and trying to punish it, or lock it away in a box, which he explains can only ever bring more pain. He explains that in order to understand and heal the pain within, we first need to get in touch with it and appreciate the lessons it teaches us, for only that which is within us may provoke a response of pain, when provoked in the outside world.
